Who We Are
Ghosts Worth Chasing is led by a small, committed team with a long-term orientation.
We believe the strength of a foundation lies not in its size, but in the clarity of its purpose and the integrity of the people behind it. Our board and advisors bring experience across a breadth of industries and organizations — from early-stage startups to large corporations, government, finance, law, and civic life — united by a shared conviction that the right resources, directed well, can change the trajectory of a life or an institution.
We are deliberately small. We intend to stay that way.
Ghosts Worth Chasing is governed by an independent board responsible for fiduciary oversight, grantmaking policy, and long-term institutional continuity.
The Advisory Council provides non-fiduciary guidance across the foundation's program areas. Advisors serve in an informal capacity and do not hold voting authority.
Advisory Council recruitment is underway. Members will be announced as positions are confirmed.

We're building a board and an advisory council. Directors hold fiduciary responsibility. Advisors provide domain expertise without a voting obligation. Both matter.
The board currently consists of founding members established for IRS compliance. Three to five independent directors will be recruited in the foundation's next phase. Board composition, meeting records, and conflict of interest disclosures are published in the Transparency section.
