Review & Process

Structured Evaluation

Applications are reviewed through a formal, multi-step process:

  1. Administrative screening.
  2. Independent director review.
  3. Blind scoring using a weighted framework.
  4. Conflict-of-interest verification.
  5. Board decision.

Each stage exists to reduce bias and maintain consistency.

Scoring reflects strength of alignment and durability of trajectory.

The organization may decline to provide detailed scoring breakdowns.

Not all qualified applicants will receive funding.
